The business park of Val Guiers is one of the 6 poles
of development in Savoie. Everything is in place to
help industry set up in the Avant Pays Savoyard region.
The Business Park is spread out over 15 hectares close
to the motorway. Between 1992 and 1999, the first
stage of development, covering 8 hectares, was set
up and marketed. A second development stage has now
been begun. On the equipment front, the Park has everything
(including a gas supply).
The setting up of a high flow network supply now
needs to be considered. The companies of the Avant
Pays Savoyard progressively integrate the use of TIC
in their relationships with their customers, decision-makers,
groups…
In 1998, the Community of Val Guiers Communes began
the building of two new industrial buildings, both
1600 m² in surface area and then an extension
of 1100 m² for one of them in 2000. This was
to give new impetus to the development of the Park.
They have already welcomed the APIRA and ARCAR companies.
The Industrial
Business Park of Val Guiers is ideally located
(15 ha)
With the completion of a motorway link and in order
to respond to the demands of the companies, the Community
of Val Guiers Communes decided, in 2000, to undertake
the second stage of development covering 7 hectares
on the eastern side of the site. It has benefited
from the support of the Conseil Général
(County Council) in the form of aid amounting to some
5 MF (FREFI). The development operation consists in
the creation of a 1.2 km access route and extending
most of the networks.
This operation, in the process of being implemented,
has enabled the setting up of two companies : BLANCHON
SYNTILOR and GENECOM
